• Undertaking pro-farmer research in all agricultural angles for increasing family income and food security.
• Planning, organizing and implementing pro-farmer operational projects for developing Rwanda Farming system
• Undertaking agricultural extension for diffusing information and technologies to farmers in monetizing their farming projects
• Creating and operating agricultural markets for avoiding farmers projects loss with risk assessment, control and management to meet market demand.
