- Planning, organizing and implementing pro-farmer operational projects for developing Rwanda Farming system
- Undertaking agricultural extension for diffusing information and technologies to farmers in monetizing their farming projects
- Creating and operating agricultural markets for avoiding farmers projects loss with risk assessment, control and management to meet market demand.
